Under her mentorship, Brochet began his journey in hospitality, ultimately developing and managing some of the world's most successful restaurants, including Matignon and L’Opéra in Paris, and La Petite Plage and Kinugawa in Saint-Tropez. Today, he is expanding his expertise in the booming market of Dubai, where he currently resides.

Brochet takes hundreds of calls daily, filters social media requests, and answers numerous emails—all while ensuring that every detail is attended to promptly.
